Lisa Tomaini has been a resident of Naples, Florida since 1978. She is a graduate of Naples High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a concentration in marketing from the University of Florida.

Lisa’s primary focus is to provide her clients market knowledge to better help them in the purchase or sale of their home. She has participated in over $100 million in sales, establishing herself as one of the top Real Estate professionals in Naples.

With two decades of experience in every tier of the Naples luxury market,
Lisa established Lisa Tomaini Realty in 2015. A boutique real estate experience with personalized care from the broker themselves.

Lisa is also an investor in Naples real estate, having lived in or flipped over 25 properties. She prides herself in treating your transaction as if it were her own. Lisa Tomaini was the perfect fit for our home search experience! We were a retired military family and grew up in Naples-but looked for over 2 years at homes to buy in the area. We rented two homes in very nice develpments; however, the homes never really hit the sweet spot in terms of look, land, and accessibility. Lisa took the challange and within one week we found our dream home. She found a great home in Naples Bath and Tennis. The home was and older home, but had an extremely vibrant South Florida appeal. The lot was large, low HOA fees and best of all - located in the center part of town, close to the beach, school, and a variety of entertainment.
